Your Role and Responsibilities
As Business Transformation Consultant, you are responsible for configuring/developing, testing, analyzing, and maintaining the Kronos Workforce Central Timekeeping, Scheduling.
Responsibilities:
Maintain Clock Configuration and maintain/develop complex accrual policies in the system
Run DB scripts to pull data from Kronos Database
Develop new interfaces in Kronos
Configuring different profiles (Access, GDAP, FAP, etc)
Troubleshooting failed transactions in Transaction Assistant
Managing all User access/ profile issues
Add/ Update Labor levels, Labor Level Sets, Employee Groups
Extraction and transformation of data using Integration Manager
Demonstrate knowledge on the security profile configuration

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT healthcare professional with expertise Kronos implementation
Solid understanding of Kronos application architecture and knowledge on Server roles and Java processes by each server type
Extensive knowledge of Kronos Workforce Central Suite and functionality differences between different versions
Experience in using Rule Analysis reports to resolve hours/ earnings issues
Proficient in creation of building blocks for Work Rules and Pay Rules and experience in Combination Rules and Pay Code Distribution
Experience with creation of Hyperfinds, Genie and in managing workspaces using Widgets, Navigators and Navigation profiles
Hands-on with Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of InTouch devices
Experience in troubleshooting Devices/ Device Manager issues and in in resolving issues with Person Import and payroll extract interface
Expertise in troubleshooting all issues related to Scheduling and Workforce Attendance
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience in building Accrual policies and profiles and with creation of Events and Attendance points
Ability to transform HR policies into advance Kronos pay rules and in reviewing release notes and applying Service Packs/ fixes.
