Full Job Description
Ensure that all software licensing laws are adhered to.
Ensure the smooth running of all systems, including anti-virus software, printer and e-mail facilities.
To install computer systems, ensure that back up systems operate effectively, enable technology support for all departments and contribute to organizational policy with regard to quality standards.
Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of the hotel to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service.
To assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding service and equipment and hence take corrective action.
Coordinate operations with Department Coordinators, Supervisors and other Departmental Managers to ensure operational readiness, efficiency in resource utilization and the prompt delivery of services.
