The role is crucial in creating and implementing consultative sales strategies for the Executive Education segment, driving product expansion, market share growth, and sales. As Director of Executive Education, you will be crucial in expanding their domestic and international business. You will gain an in-depth understanding of professional executive education programs and will also be the account manager for their collaborating institutions.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-impact learning experiences that are tailored to the unique needs of the target audience. You will work closely with senior leaders across multiple industries to identify strategic learning and development areas and develop programs to meet those needs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the entire pipeline development and sales process, utilizing your current network to establish a solid and diverse client base for the business.Implement global sales strategies for diverse product portfolios.Promote the company’s products in different forums such as events, conferences, and meetings.Maintain relationships with corporates and with collaborating institutions.Skills and Competencies:More than 8-10 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of surpassing growth targets.Strong aptitude for cultivating positive and productive relationships with key external and internal partners and adept in verbal and written communication.Previous experience in executive education is preferred.Exceptional leadership abilities and an aptitude for negotiating and closing large deals.Experience in executive education, talent development, or related fieldDemonstrated success in designing and implementing leadership development programs for executivesStrong understanding of global business and cultural practices and the ability to tailor learning experiences to meet the unique needs of each organizationExceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skillsStrong project management skills and ability to lead teams and manage budgetsMaster’s degree from a reputed institute is preferredExperience working with cross-functional and international teamsFluent in English and Hindi required, additional languages a plus
