KEY REQUIREMENTS
Education: MBA – HR or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum 12-16 years of post-qualification experience
Handled entire gamut of HR & IR in a Manufacturing set-up preferably with an MNC.
Minimum 4 years of experience as HRBP or HR Lead.
Know-how & Skills:
Should have a good exposure to all facets of HR, IR, Operations Management and Liasoning.
Strong Business Acumen, Customer Focus & entrepreneurial mindset. Demonstrated success driving business results through Human Resource-based solutions, including, problem-solving and analytical skills
Compliance and Regulations – Applied knowledge of local, state and central labor/EEO laws.
Data Collection and Analysis – Proven experience leveraging data to provide insights to drive business decisions, strategy, and improvements
Effective Communication & interpersonal skills – Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Effective in engaging high performance teams through networking with People from diverse cultures and experiences.
Strong Problem-solving & influencing skills.
Ability to effectively deliver high impact on People performance, while working in functional and matrix environment
Good understanding of Customer Value chain processes
Excellent Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
Language proficiency: English and Hindi is a must
Should possess good hands-on Experience on understanding and collaborating with various HR disciplines- Compensation & Benefits, Recruiting, Immigration, Employee Relations, Diversity & Inclusion, and Talent Development.
Implementation – Experience with formulating robust HR policies, program development and implementation.

Scope of the Role is HR Business Partner for India and Mentor for HR colleagues in Middle East Organisation.
Management of Site HR Operations for Manufacturing Site.
People management is going to be an essential part of that growth endeavor.
We are looking forward to having a Strategic HR partner with a mindset to design the People Strategy and create a roadmap with defined Milestones.
The candidate will be a part of India Management Team for the division, driving Strategic priorities for the Business.
The candidate will actively partner Managers with talent management processes, people development, performance management and Coaching. This role will be able to spot trends and identify emerging needs and address them with innovative people programs, tools, and processes.
Strategic
Takes Ownership and Drives of the change management activities to achieve Strategic Growth Ambitions
Drives key projects in ISC involving People/ HR matters such as know how build up, strengthening competencies, organizational design, Agile Performance development, talent management, dynamic sales rewards
Engages, Develops, Motivates and Retains talent vertically and horizontally
Work closely with the HR Center Of Expertise of ISC, Europe and Asia
S/He drives People Strategy by designing and implementing to deliver business objective.
S/He be an integral part of the India Management Team Panel which decides ‘Where to Play’ & ‘How to Play’ for responsible Markets.
Ensure the delivery of professional HR services to the business & support their needs and linked to the global and regional HR strategy with special focus on Site Operations.
Functional & Operational Responsibilities:
Business Advice – Brings an objective perspective in managing business problems. insight regarding people, organizational dynamics and the business and translates this insight into sustainable solutions.
HR Data Analytics and Insights
Using data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR policies and practices and understanding the landscape to continuously drive further improvements
Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with CoE for all recruitment and selection activities.
Ensure staffing efficiency within the site. Manage an existing network of external partnerships/providers to ensure continuous benchmarking on price/quality.
Compensation and Benefits:
Following Central C&B guidelines, manage compensation and salary review process for the Country.
Lead implementation and execution of Sales Incentive Plan and Variable incentive schemes.
Support the Compensation and Benefits teams on execution of Salary Surveys for the Country
Leadership effectiveness, Learning & Development:
Ensure that Performance Management is cascaded and frequent reviews are set up.
Support Leadership teams in implementing and improving performance Management process.
Act as central point of contact for L&D initiatives and programs.
Support management on execution of training plans
HR Operations
Drive implementation of standard processes and procedures in HR, Responsible for communicating policies and guidelines to all associates at the sites to ensure understanding and compliance.
Drive continuous improvement programs within HR in the country
Responsible for the delivery of a high-quality personnel administration of Work Day (HRMIS system) data quality for the Business
Industrial Relations:
Define the local country strategy on Labour Relations and ensure its correct execution.
Ensure that the company standards are followed and minimize the potential risks.
Provide guidance and support regarding the Labour Relations and Contract Review with the Union, assuring compliance referent labour laws and job contracts at the manufacturing site
Ensure effective functioning of various welfare committees as required by law.
Networking & Liasoning: Establishing & maintain good relationship with the government authorities, local authorities, and village community.
Ethics, Compliance and EHS:
Champion ethics policy execution and embed culture of ethical reflection. Report to Site Manager and Regional HR Manager all critical situations
Is Responsible for supporting Health service and Safety Management
Responsible for coordination of all safety Trainings at the site.
Relationship Management – Managing relationship between HR CoE functions, Business and Functional Leaders.
Enable the success of new and experienced managers by leveraging, delivering, and improving content including Inside pages, and collaborating with the Talent Management teams to anticipate and address emerging needs.
Consult with managers on people matters that require in depth knowledge of policies, procedures, and local legislation across multiple locations.
Conduct investigations and manage ER cases in coordination with the Employee Relations and with the Legal departments.
Collaborate with HRBPs and partner teams on key HR areas/projects that are critical for the site/Region, such as introduction of new policies or benefits.
