Role Summary
The ICC analyst is a full time role which will ensure all product is delivered to distribution centres across Canada on time and contains accurate information within the appointment scheduling system (IMS). The ICC analyst will work with new vendors to ensure proper understanding of appointment booking requirements, as well as research and clear issues with vendors, merchants and logistics so that merchandise flows through the network without delay. Tight deadlines must be meet to ensure all appointments are booked within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
