Role profile :
Accountable for end-to-end Plant HR Operations, Manpower Planning, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Performance Management Process, Training & Development, HR Analytics for employee. Resolving Employee Grievances in a prompt and effective manner; maintaining effective relations with staff across all hierarchical levels through continuous engagement initiatives and Business Partnering Planning and implementation of various employee engagement programs and welfare activities as per annual calendar, reward and recognition schemes, Kaizen & suggestion schemes and annual employee satisfaction surveys. Monitoring and planning of annual HR budget for plant level including cost analysis and planning of expenditure on employee development & welfare, employee engagement, administration & CSR Implement various aspects of the Workforce Strategy for floor employees. Ensuring 100% compliance with all Labour laws, coordinating with all internal, external & supplier audits to ensure non-compliance instances. Creating & maintaining various HR Analytics reports such as monthly manpower trend, attrition and diversity analysis, etc. Maintaining Harmonious Employee Relation / Industrial Relations. Ensuring close and professional relationships establishment between management, Union employees, other government officials and the local community. Establishing two-way formal as well as informal internal communication channels to bring transparency in Industrial Relations. Ensuring consistent and fair Grievance handling. Interaction with all Employees moving across the shop floor and indulging into formal & informal discussion with a view to maintain industrial peace and productivity. Effective counselling to shop floor employees to improve the efficiency at desired level, looks after plant personnel related work. Establishing & maintaining good liaison with labour & other local authorities for smooth functioning of the organization.Ensuring various legal & statutory compliance (Factory Act, CL (R&A) & other applicable legislation of the plant) Analysis and reporting of data related to manpower, recruitment, training, HR and Admin cost, absenteeism, legal matters, attrition, training etc. Handling General Administration and Facility Management: 5S and Housekeeping, Vigilance, Plant discipline, Canteen, Security, Vendor development, Guest House, Expats dealing, Visa processing, Medical centre, Traffic & transportation etc.
