Principal responsibilities
Selenium, BDD, Cucumber – Automation Testing
Mandatory hands-on skills
Strong Core Java
Strong Selenium
Strong REST, HTTP, JSON, SQL
Strong Agile
Strong hands-on for tools – JIRA, Cucumber, Enterprise Jenkins, GITHub
Strong BDD methodology (including requirements in Gherkin Syntax)
Strong experience in handling Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge browser for testing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand application requirements
Candidate should be able to identify test Scenarios for automating testing
Ability to design test scripts from stated requirements or test cases
Expertise in test automation tools and proficient in automation testing techniques
Exposure to Accessibility Testing
Banking domain knowledge

Been able to write BDD compliant feature files
Been able to understand Retail Banking functions/requirements
Been able to test ‘responsive’ UI aspect
Be an approachable and supportive team member with a collaborative attitude within a demanding, maturing Agile environment
Influence and champion new ideas and methods
Great communication – convey your thoughts, ideas and opinions clearly and concisely face-to-face or virtually to all levels up and down stream
And equally important – you listen and reflect back what others communicate to you
