We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Trainee Software Engineer .

Principal responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Development, Performance Tuning, Query optimization, Security, Backup, Recovery with other team members
• Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to provide support and maintenance for the reporting solutions.

• Identify the opportunity for automation and design/build the end to end solutions.
• Strive for continuously improvement to both the involved services and self.
• Conduct Incident and Problem management activities, and to solve problems collaboratively.
• Efficient & professional communication should be maintained according to business need.
• Understand the business assigned to you. Be impact aware and be able to prioritize tasks.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Meaningful Development and Support experience in any reporting tool like QlikView/QlikSense/NPrinting or Tableau
• Dedication and take responsibility of the project
• Hands on GUI development in Qlik Product (QlikView/QlikSense/NPrinting) and Tableau
• Strong knowledge on Data security and data modeling
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing.
• Meaningful experience with application management and support processes including use of tools like Geneos, Control-M, Grafana etc.
• Experience in automating the continuous integration/continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOps Product/Service team driving a culture of continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of cloud concepts and cloud architecture, different types of cloud computing (preferably GCP).
• Knowledge of DevOps principles & tools like GitHub/Jenkins, Jira, Confluence.
• Enthusiastic willingness to rapidly and independently learn and develop technical and soft skills as needs require.
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
• Good team player who embraces team work and mutual support.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised .
