Full Job Description
Ø Managing end to end all Administration functions.Ø General Administration of the plant and corporate office.Ø Correspondence with the parties for the paymentsØ Contract /Agreement management including AMC’s for equipment’s. Review of performance of various AMC holders and keeping a tracking mechanism for the same to ensure Zero breakdowns of services. Finalizing Rate contracts. Preparing MIS.Ø Looking after Site Administration and corporate office administration.Ø Introduction of Various Checklists, maintain of MIS and use most cost effective services from various service providers.Ø Plan and prepare monthly reports, Facility ManagementØ Oversee and coordinate facilities services and maintenance activitiesØ Organize other office activities (birthday celebrations etc)Ø Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsØ Develop and maintain a filing systemØ Keeping track of invoices and coordination with accounts teamØ Resolve administrative problems,Ø Coordinate with vendors for the repairs of office equipmentØ Maintaining files and records of the officeØ Regularly discussing specific issues with employees and workers regarding their grievances, hindrances and undertaking steps for resolving them.Ø Educating the employees about company policies and rules, safety standards, approach, etc. to be followed.Ø Handle negotiations, collective bargaining and settlement of grievances in compliance with various Labor statues like PF, ESI and Labor Welfare.Ø Ensure maintenance of discipline amongst workers.Ø Determining motivation & satisfaction levels of employees through personal interaction,Ø Handling PF & ESIC Cases very successfully.Ø Managing Manpower Requisition Forms for every approved positionØ Defining and updating the Job Descriptions & Specifications for vacant positionØ Advertising vacant positions though Newspaper, Job portals, social media portals etcØ Scrutinizing resumes that include interviewing candidates.Ø Scheduling interviews of the shortlisted candidates with respective HOD’s.Ø Coordinating and facilitating the entire process of interview.Ø Negotiating with selected candidates and releasing offer LETTER.Ø Frequent coordination with selected candidate ensuring joiningØ Communicating with new joiners after release of offer letterØ Smooth implementation of HR policies, procedure and Processes in line with overall organizational and business objectives, across the organization and its implementation.Ø Managed newly developed HR system to facilitate organizational growth.Ø Periodic review and evaluation of key HR system, Procedures and Processes for effective implementation.Ø Responsible for complete updating and validation of HR- MIS including recruitment status report, manpower report, training updates.Job Types: Full-time, Walk-InSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthSchedule:Night shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusExperience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91 9999030143
