Job Title: HR Recruiter Intern

Location: Palakkad, Kerala

Job Type: Internship

Duration: 6 months

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including researching and sourcing of potential candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating training.
• Maintain HR records and prepare s.
• Work with ATS Systems and Job Platforms to find out right candidates.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate of any degree program.
• Strong interest in HR Recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
