We are looking for a HR professional to manage all aspects of human resource practices and processes. You will be actively involved in various aspects such as recruitment, overseeing payroll, benefits, rewards and recognition programs, performance management, employee development and engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting, training and development of employees
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Payroll management and benefits administration
Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
Oversee and manage the performance management system that drives high performance
Nurture a positive working environment
Assess training needs and organise/ set up training and activities for employees
Report to Management and provide decision support through HR Metrics
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive (minimum 3 years experience in hiring)
Experience of delivering recruitment interviews and processes
Experience in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
People oriented and results driven
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Has to be decisive, adaptable, creative and a confidential communicator.
Degree in Human Resources or related field
Previous experience in a gaming company is an added advantage
