Responsibilities

3. Employee Relations: Address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
4. Work Environment and Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by leading communication and employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
5. Employee Feedback: Conduct employee surveys and address any concerns raised, ensuring actionable insights are taken to improve employee satisfaction and productivity.
6. Training and Development: Identify employee training needs and coordinate with relevant departments to develop and implement training programs that support professional growth.
7. Employee Development Initiatives: Manage employee development initiatives, providing career growth opportunities and promoting continuous learning.
8. Onboarding Programs: Implement structured onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture and their roles.
9. Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, reviews, and continuous feedback to drive accountability and development.
10. Performance Improvement: Provide guidance to supervisors and employees on creating and implementing performance improvement plans to address underperformance.
