The Supply Chain IT Procure Material & Services team collaborates with our business and IT partners to deliver end-to-end solutions and capabilities, built on a simplified, standard, and reusable baseline that will allow for maximum global business unit and regional commonality while significantly reducing support costs. As a member of the Supply Chain IT organization, you will work in a highly dynamic, fast changing, and fluid work environment.
You are responsible to plan and implement as per business proposal(s). Ensure technology solutions are designed, tested, documented, implemented, enhanced and corrected according to the operations standards and expected service quality. Participate in integrated project plans. Manage work packages to ensure project deliverables are met. Work with other departments to identify, analyse and resolve problems.
You will contribute technical and business knowledge expertise to design, implement and support integrated IT/Business solutions focused primarily around the SAP suite of applications. Effectively work cross-organizations to drive appropriate business solutions; view alternatives from an end-to-end supply chain perspective and understand the broader implications of technical and business related choices. Work in a self-directed environment where strong teamwork, individual initiative and accountability are highly valued.
Work on S4 Development items (Strong ABAP skills required) for critical improvements/developments (expected below 20% day-to-day workload).
As an IT engineer, you will have the following responsibilities:
Key knowledge of SAP Master Data, Procurement, Material Management, System interfaces (XI, ALE, & IDOC), and EDI
Very strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and associated eco-systems and ability to architect and implement strategic recommendations
Very strong understanding of procurement and 3rd party order processing processes
Engage with the business to understand the strategies and requirements to conceptualize possible architectural alternatives
Evaluate architectural alternatives with the business and IT and select the desirable alternatives for the business and platform
Leverage best practices and solutions across regions, businesses and SAP platforms
Incorporate industry and HP best practices in the architectural design
Follow project management methodology and ensure the timely delivery of architectural designs

Opportunity to contribute at both strategic and tactical levels as a SAP Functional Analyst for SAP S4 Platforms which include:
Bachelor or Master degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field of studies
10 years of full implementation experience with SAP ERP R3 environment version 4.6 or higher (needs to include already S4 experience)
Strong ABAP skills and Development background
Extensive knowledge and experience in SAP R3 configuration, system integration, and EDI using standard SAP system interface techniques (XI, ALE, IDoc, EDI and etc).
Adept at SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) including business process analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, training, documentation, etc
Proficient-level knowledge of SAP 3rd Party Order processing configuration
Solid understanding of SAP S4 MM module are required and any of the followings would be a benefit: SD, FI
Good knowledge of Supply Chain concepts especially in the area of outsourcing
Ability to formulate designs and support development efforts
Thorough knowledge of business applications, strategic business and IT strategic directions and technology disciplines
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Professional oral and written communication skills
Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities such as integrity, attention to detail, deadline oriented, goal oriented and a motivator
Ability to interface with all levels in the organization and all levels of staff
