Location – Pune
This is a Customer facing Role and an individual contributor role
Person handles all Customer interactions related to SIOT Business
He / she is also responsible to generate and publish Revenue Reports .
Mapping backlog report and mapping the Customer orders with the material avb .
He/ she manage key Customer deliverable starting from time creating a Customer to availability of the material and Final Invoicing to the Customer
He/ she is in charge of the Interaction and Customer Survey which is the critical KPI and deliverable for the SIOT Customer
Person ensures and creates an extra ordinary experience with the Customer
He / she gets on a call with the Customer to address their queries and concern related to their Orders
Person need to ensure the Order Booking for the Customer Orders is happening within the SLA.
Person need to ensure the Billing is happening within the SLA
He / she also has the responsibility of ensuring quality work is delivered to the Customer and internal stake holders
Role requires to work with Internal Customer which is Sales to meet / exceed the Revenue Plan
Working with the ISC function to meet Customer Order deliveries.
Working with HAIL Logistics team to ensure timely delivery of the shipment and escalate whenever required
YOU MUST HAVE
Qualification
+ 6 years of experience with preference for 2-4 years with supply chain / Order Management profile
Currently in SME / PL Role
Good with Excel and crunching data
Customer handling experience mandatory
Need to able provide solution to Customer
