Job Description
You are a Software Engineer acting as Scrum Master who is passionate about problem solving, building new modern processes, supporting our stakeholders, bringing with your agile mastery.
Qualifications

Understand perfectly the agile principles and scrum framework
You will have experience of leading a team of SAP developers and architects, nurturing and guiding them to successful high-quality developments
You are capable to take ownership on activities, support our customers, with the required mix of skills, competence and experience to meet our business needs
You are capable of following and understanding SAP best practices and mix them with Agile best practices.
Expert level knowledge in Lean-Agile practices including Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
Knowledge on different Scaling methods like SAFe, Disciplined Agile Delivery, Nexus, LeSS, Spotify Model
Hands-on experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a MUST
Understanding of various Agile practices including DevOps (CI/CD, TDD, ATDD, BDD, etc.)
Experience with Agile tools like VersionOne, JIRA, etc.
Expert Facilitator and can conduct virtual workshops using tools like Miro, Mural etc.
Experience in Coaching teams towards Customer focused, value driven delivery
Mentoring Scrum Masters to become efficient Servant Leaders
Coaching Product Owners in creating vision driven backlog and work with various Agile tools and techniques e.g. OKRs, MVPs, Empathy and Story Maps etc.
Guiding teams to self-organize, define their values, and improve their way of working
Training individuals & teams in Agile frameworks, tools & techniques
Facilitating team events like Retrospectives, Problem solving workshops etc.
Effective conflict navigator who knows how to help teams not only deal, but also learn from conflict
Experienced in application of rapport building & coaching techniques
Ability to manage stakeholders and drive a culture of effective feedback
Help teams assess their Agile Maturity using structured Metrics & facilitate continuous improvement.
An active listener who can help remove individual blocks through active listening & powerful questioning
Highlighting Anti Patterns and helping teams identify them & adjust their Ways of Working.
Effective communicator who is adept at verbal, non verbal and written communication
Coach Managers & Leaders in driving Business Agility
Help Managers in learning how to motivate teams & bring about individual & team accountability
Experience in driving Communities of Practice that can identify Organizational Impediments & enable teams in taking ownership in resolving them
Experience with One-to-One as well as team Coaching.
