Job Description

Business Tech is a new modern agile product organization within H&M group. We are a team of small and cross-competent teams each owning a product end-to-end with a mission to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. To cater the individual needs and desires of our millions of customers, Business Tech will deliver technological solutions for the entire value chain for all our brands.
Product Team:
You will be part of the Online Operations product team. The team ensures our customer experience through a fast and stable digital experience. By being a person with e-commerce/commercial experience and an interest in technology you will find this position exciting. A person who fits in this role is self-driven, customer centric and analytical.
In this product team we enable the H&M brands e-commerce to allow the best customer offer across time zones with team members located around the world. We support H&M e-commerce as well as Business tech and other functions with the global perspective on prioritization of issues/actions in daily operations to secure the customer experience.
What does a Business Expert do?
As a Business Expert in Business Tech, you will be in the center of the action where product meets business, and you can identify what makes the difference and you are eager to create action and progress. You will be working closely with Product Owners, operations and development teams as well as stakeholders from other business areas, helping to make sure that the product development is in line with the business need. Working with a focus on value creation, growth and serving customers with full ownership, delivering exceptional customer and business results.
Moreover, you will:
Together with the product team, define strategic vision, create product roadmap based on deep understanding of product development as a service and site management.
Have a tight collaboration with stakeholders in different parts of the organization, to make sure that tech enables us to work customer centric in our daily operations.
Support the product team in developing a strong understanding of the product and define appropriate business, product and quality metrics and key success indicators.
Continuous quality improvement culture established in the team.
Qualifications
You and your product team will identify plenty of potentials and improvement areas. Hence, to make a difference for our product teams you need to be able to transform this into tangible actions in a keep it simple way.
7-10 years of prior experience from e-commerce/retail side.
Experience working in an international environment.
Knowledge in digital solutions, web analytics tools and practices
Experience of informal leadership and build trust and relationships at all levels.
Experience in presentation and communication with a broad audience.
You are strategic, analytical, and fast in understanding and execution.
You are a problem solver, willing to get hands-on solving any problems needed to make the team move forward.
Additional Information
This is a fulltime position with placement in Bangalore (India Hub). You will report to Competence Lead for Customer Commerce Delivery Area, Customer Domain at Business Tech.
