Meet our Team
The HR Strategic Project Manager facilitates and executes HR programs with strong results-focus to support the long-term goals of the organization. An ideal candidate for this role is passionate about understanding what motivates people and demonstrates strong experience:
facilitating design input,
working with HRBPs and Center of Excellence (CoE e.g. Talent Acquisition), and
rolling out strategic HR programs through project management, client management, and analytics capabilities.
What you’ll be doing
Facilitate, support, and/or manage key HR programs that are aligned with business objectives working closely with key program owners
Create project timelines and set metrics to monitor program performance, outcomes, and ensure goals and deadlines are met
Ensure cross-HR and cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management for key HR programs
Develop evaluation methods to gather feedback from the organization in order to assess program strengths and identify areas for continuous improvement
Implement and reinforce change management methods to allow for enhancements while managing project deadlines
Partner with key stakeholders to allow for open communication and transparency regarding project status, issues, and key decisions throughout the program lifecycle
What you bring to the team
6-8 years of HR experience in CoEs or HRBP support roles (previous program/project management experience a plus)
Strong communications and change management skills
Experience presenting to and building relationships with leadership
Ability to use analytics (advanced Excel, SQL a plus) driving to meaningful insights that can directly influence C-suite decisions related to HR programs
Competency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools
Bachelor or Masters degree in Business, HR, or related field
