Hitachi ABB Power Grids Hiring for Procurement & Logistics Specialist Job at Bangalore Full Time NEW

You will be responsible to qualify suppliers and Contractors for all Business lines Globally, according to the required functional specifications and validate the mandatory documents. Ensure qualifying procedure is align with corporate qualifying policies and procedures under supervision.

Your responsibilities

• Identify areas to improve Supplier Onboarding process.
• Qualify the suppliers as per Global qualification procedure.
• Ability to work with Global Suppliers
• Train the suppliers on tools and address their queries accordingly.
• Consistently follow up and run supplier analysis on hits and flops.
• Work with both internal and external clients to adequately understand requirements.
• Create dashboards, graphs and visualizations on Supplier Data.
• From time to time, prepare reports for both internal and external audiences using various business analytics reporting tools.

Your background

• A graduate or postgraduate degree in any fields.
• Minimum 3 years’ industry experience in
• Supplier Management and E2E procurement activities
• Good Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft Package
• Proven working experience as a Buyer
• Stakeholder Management
