ACC-Q-DATA BPO INDIA LLP is USA based medical billing Company and We are in an expansion mode and We are looking for a candidate in the profile of Customer sales representatives (International voice process)to provide outstanding sales service to generate new leads and to communicate with USA clients and cold calling.

Job Responsibility: –

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
