Roles and Responsibilities
Operations Metrics, Analytics and Reporting, Recommendations: You will track
the performance of the team, create management metrics/timely reports/RMS review
and oversee the execution of recruitment related activities, mentor/give suggestions
to the team (as required) and ensure that performance goes up consistently. Use
information to identify trends and recommend/introduce the recruiting strategies in
order to optimize the impact of the recruiting team.
Support Client Servicing and Recruitment : Take a consultative approach of identifying
client requirements and service them. Sourcing appropriate resources as required.
Managing Key HR processes: Employee documentation and executing other
related HR tasks (hiring/induction/exit/appraisals), attendance records, driving
internal hiring, addressing employees’ requests, employee engagement initiatives,
concerns in a timely manner.
