Roles and Responsibilities
Manage all periodic processes associated with benefit programs, including roll-out strategies, communication, planning, and leading benefit review.
Provide expertise, guidance, and education to leaders, managers and colleagues on our benefit programs.
Exercise thoughtfulness in reviewing current benefit offers and when developing solutions/recommendations.
Lead a team of benefit professionals.
Prepare and present analyses, materials and recommendations to senior leadership.
Be the subject matter expert on all benefit programs.
Develop and drive a global/international benefits strategy to retain talent.
Partner with the business leaders/stakeholders to have a greater return on
organizational investment and optimize business opportunities.
Work as coach/advisor for the Business head, senior stakeholders on people issues
related to employee performance, productivity, governance, etc.
Drive the organization culture and ensure to provide a work environment that is
engaging, motivating, and high performing
Own end to end HR function reporting directly to the CEO
Identifying short-term and long-term human resources needs by anticipating/analyzing
requirements, trends and recommending solutions to improve performance, retention,
and employee experience.
Build capability framework and strategy around workforce planning and Talent
Acquisition for all functions/business and diverse /niche teams with Technology
functions.
Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of HR delivery and
ensure a high level of organizational effectiveness through ongoing performance
management, org design, analysis and implementation, talent management, talent
assessments, leadership development, and succession.
Strategize and execute the organizational learning and development agenda and
implementation of HR policies and procedures with strong adherence to Statutory
Compliance standards
Work with Leadership on a variety of HR-related issues, both strategic and operational
to identify, prioritize, design, and implement HR programs and solutions that support
employees and business objectives for the organization
Work closely on integrating and building a uniform employee experience.
Develop measures to ensure impact by tracking performance and success metrics. Lead the implementation of the performance management process that includes
performance/employee development plan/program, performance appraisal,
compensation/salary review and personnel development. Creating KRA centric
framework to measure and track employee performance; to define organisation goals,
team goals, individual goals.
Act as trusted people champion and partner with managers to retain, develop and
motivate people to achieve their fullest potential. Review and analyze data to identify
trends, metrics and recommend solutions to improve retention, and employee
experience.
Adhering and executing the Talent Management framework, manage the training
sessions. Establishes an in-house employee training system that addresses company’s
needs.
Requirements:
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics to support the wider HR function and
metrics, should be able to define, lead and coordinate operation if the company
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and inter-
personal skills
Individual with high energy level, high level of initiatives, consistent and high
performer
Sound knowledge of HR Policies & Practices, proficient with business software tools
such as Microsoft Office applications(word, excel, PowerPoint presentation)
Should have an ability to consider wider picture, diagnose problems and identify
and drive appropriate solutions while making decisions and to take ownership of
issues and provide clear analysis in a timely manner.
Should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and has an ability to handle
multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize, organize, follow through on and meet
deadlines
Unquestionable integrity and the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels
