KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the brand and increase market share
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
• Manage and maintain brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing communications.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies are cutting-edge and effective

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience handling an SBU comprising Sales, Marketing and Brand Management

Special Skills & Knowledge:

• The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing and branding, with a proven track record of delivering successful marketing initiatives.
• Proven experience in marketing and branding, with a minimum of 5-10 years in a similar role
• Assists in creating marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Monitors and manages social media accounts, including posting content and engaging with followers.
• I study website and social media metrics and write analytics s.
• Conducts market research and competitive intelligence.
• Helps plan and execute marketing campaigns, including newsletters, digital ads, events, and sales.

• Experience in MIS & Branding
