Hexagon is looking for a leader, based in Hyderabad, India, to drive Global Marketing Shared Services digital delivery. The shared services organization serves as an internal marketing entity to support Hexagon’s global marketing resources (corporate and divisional teams) with planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing initiatives in alignment with business strategies and goals. The incumbent plays a critical role in leading the overall planning, delivery, and success of Hexagon’s digital marketing presence. This role is based in Hexagon’s Capability Center office in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. (Due to COVID-19 all employees are currently working from home until further notice.)
Responsibilities:Team Management:
Direct management of full-time, contract, and agency teams that support (a) website development, UX, DevOps, QA and support (b) Digital Operations, and (c) Marketing Operations
Will support future areas of team capability growth exploration that may include but are not limited to marketing analytics, creative service, video production and animation, and digital advertising
Digital/Web Development Shared Services:
Responsible for delivery and support of Hexagon’s digital accelerator frameworks (Sitecore and WordPress) – driven by business needs and accounting for ~100 websites across Hexagon (corporate website, divisional sites, product microsites, campaign sites/landing pages)
Responsible for supporting the full SDLC from conceptualization and requirements gathering through design/development, quality assurance, launch and ongoing support of all deliverables
Coordinates and drives the successful completion of projects for divisions including prioritization, project planning, and communication
Sets expectations and aligns with key stakeholders on a regular basis
Ensures deliverables comply with best practices and tracks project status against project plans
Responsible for ensuring a reliable platform ecosystem in a continuous delivery environment, including infrastructure availability, scalability, and performance (cloud-based/Azure and on-premises), working closely with DevOps and IT teams
Responsible for managing day-to-day support including 24/7 support for critical issues and website launches
Be conscious of UX of deliveries and improve the experience reactively & proactively
Digital Operations Shared Services:
Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure digital operations for all marketing teams (corporate and divisional), including marketing automation (e.g., emails, forms, landing pages), search marketing (SEO and PPC), CMS content population, and campaign execution support
Marketing Operations Shared Services:
Works closely with marketing operations team and divisional stakeholders to identify and integrate with Hexagon’s marketing technology stack (~65+ martech tools and systems) enabling an omnichannel view of the customer
Skills Required:
Overview
8 – 14 years of experience in a digital, marketing or technical delivery role – agency experience is a plus
Successful track record in translating business objectives into effective digital/technology solutions, on time and on budget
Experience with driving digital development for websites/digital experiences from conceptualization through design/development, launch and beyond
Experience developing business cases for investment and cost reduction
Experience with contracts, vendor negotiation and budget management
Experience in dealing with global stakeholders
Project Management
Strong global technical program management/project management experience leveraging agile methodologies and working with marketing/tech teams (i.e., act as scrum master, tracking sprint progress against overall project timelines) – Wrike experience desirable
Experience providing world-class support to stakeholders and accountability for service-level agreements – Zendesk experience desirable
Technology
Conduct architecture assessments and provide technical leadership and guidance
5+ years in application architecture/enterprise architecture, web development, and/or enterprise-grade content platforms
Strong experience working with Sitecore and WordPress – Sitecore certification is desirable
Software upgrades, installation, and configuration for our key platforms – Sitecore
Solid understanding of web development technologies including DevOps and website infrastructure (cloud and on-premises)
Familiar with related technologies, i.e. HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, REST API, AJAX, ASP.NET – ASP.NET MVC preferred
Knowledge of MarTech ecosystem desirable

Will straight line report into a local India manager and dotted line into US-based leader of Global Shared Services
