Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with expertise in Specialty Chemicals to join our thriving export-oriented company. As a Chemical Engineer, you will play a vital role in expanding our market presence and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
1. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and emerging opportunities for our specialty chemical products.
2. Business Growth: Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and expand our customer base in domestic and international markets.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers through regular communication and personalized service.
4. Customer Needs Analysis: Understand customer requirements and tailor product solutions to meet their specific needs and preferences.
5. Product Presentations: Deliver engaging and informative presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our specialty chemical products.
6. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
7. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track sales leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM software.
8. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to proactively identify business opportunities and challenges.
9. Achieving Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
10. Collaborative Approach: Coordinate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer support, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer service.
*Education*
: A Master’s degree in Chemistry or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering is required to understand the technical aspects of specialty chemical products.
*Experience*
minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the chemicals industry, with a proven track record of sales and business development success.
*Skills*
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
