IT Support Specialists provide first-line support to our users to ensure issues are routed, responded to and resolved in a timely manner. Working primarily onsite in a mostly Mac OS environment, they deploy Mac and Windows systems, troubleshoot mobile devices, assist with meeting/town hall setups and occasionally assist with office/vendor logistics.
The ideal candidate is a bright, motivated individual who would like to grow their IT skill set in a fast paced, collaborative environment. You are a communicator by nature and have worked in a service & support organization and understand the user experience comes first. You are capable of enforcing policies with a friendly demeanor and are comfortable relaying emerging issues to a global team.
