Sales RepresentativeI, J.D/RolePerform sales activities.Generate new leads.Follow on existing leads.Conversion and sales.Work under supervision of Branch manager/ Regional manager.Need to have thorough knowledge of our products and Services.Home visits explain them about our product and services.Chalk out new sales strategies.Do regular market research.Responsible towards identifying opportunities and potential in the area.Keep management informed about market trends and on Competitors’ strategies.Need to be the important and first point of information for management about the complete Market related information and changes.Formulate sales strategies with area sales manager and work on targets.Need to formulate own strategies to achieve targets.Assist area sales managers in formulating Quarterly, Half yearly and annual sales projections.Assist marketing team in forming effective marketing strategies.Provide important market inputs to management.Prepare daily sales & home-visits reports.Provide feedback of clients and customers to management regarding our products and services.II, Skill SetØ Need to have Excellent Communication Skills.Ø Strong presentation skills required.Ø Need to be Confident and energetic.Ø Need to be organized, resilient and persistentØ Positive attitude is must.Ø High degree of self-motivation.Ø Passion for selling.Ø Result and target orientated.Ø Good time management.Ø Strong negotiation skills.Ø Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.Ø Need to manage deadlines.Ø Commitment and discipline are important.Ø Need to be Honest and Enthusiastic.Ø Need to be a keen learner.Ø Need to be creative and proactive.Ø Age group from 23 to 30 yearsØ Graduation must P.G will be added advantage.Ø Need to be computer proficient.Ø Prior sales experience in medical marketing field preferred.Ø Other industry experience and Fresher’s to be considered on case-to-case basis.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSchedule:Day shiftLanguage:English, Kannada (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
