Qualifications:
Any graduate 5 + years’ experience in AX 2009 / 2012 Trade & Logistics module.
Experience in D365 version will be an added advantage.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Good Problem-solving and analytical skills must be Self-motivated & work independently.
Retail and manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Planning and coordinating with resellers & customers to deliver the implementation of the software product/solutions, including scoping and coordination of existing workflow processes of the customer.
Manages post-sales technical support activities including implementation, customization, training, and maintenance of company’s products. Ensures the application/solution is functioning according to specifications.
Engages in daily and weekly meetings with product teams to address system bugs, enhancements, upcoming implementation plans, and identifying action item to resolve issues.
Leads client training of products and enhancements via remote technology and on-site; will travel for some of the training sessions.
Provides ongoing client support by implementing change requests, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Maintain proper communication and prepare training documents for customers.
Communicates clients concerns and future needs to Account Managers.
Provides recommendation to clients of best business practices and industry standard.
