Operation Manager – Airport Service
Responsible for the business performance of their Lounge & Bar, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety.
7. Duties
s to the Operations and leads the food and beverage service team.
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall functioning of the food and beverage department.
Has to ensure that the outlets meet financial and operating goals.
Ensure all s, documentation, and other information required by support office departments are submitted in a timely and accurate manner.
Training and scheduling of food and beverage staff.
Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.
Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of dining areas.
Handle guest comments and complaints. Conduct pre-meal meeting with staff on daily basis.
Work with chefs and other personnel to plan menus.
Perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high quality of preparation and service.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
