Job Description: Lead Campaigns – Acquisition & Growth
Location: Mumbai ( Andheri, MIDC)

We are looking for a senior performance marketing manager (PPC/SEM) who will be responsible for paid advertising across Google Ads, Social ads and other demand-gen channels. Our ideal candidate has a blend of analytical & creative mindset, passionate about driving metrics while also being very sensitive to brand and user experience, and distinctive at operating in highly collaborative and cross-functional settings.
The ideal candidate will:
Own growth strategy: unlock next 1 million users for R&R working with cross functional teams, develop and own overall growth strategy and business plan execution Be biased for action: with a relentless focus on cost effectiveness Be Data and analytics guru: for decision making & measurement of marketing effectiveness Lead from front: own the acquisition campaigns with primary goal of user growth.
Key responsibilities
Campaign management – Plan & execute multivariate ad campaigns, remarketing campaigns across Google- Search, Display and Gmail; Meta & LinkedIn to ensure acquisition, conversion with defined performance metrics.
Digital paid media mix – Thorough understanding of digital paid media best practices/SEM/Google Analytics/ Pay Per Click (PPC) optimization, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, email marketing, Facebook audiences targeting, publishers & A/B Testing
Biddable media – Must have experience in biddable media CPM / CPV / CPC / CPL / CPA along with programmatic buys, display marketing, social media marketing, performance content (SEO) and have experience in B2C brands preferably FMCG
a. Create and manage conversion goals across AdWords and GA
b. Perform a thorough, contextual Keyword Research with tools/APIs and build thematic Campaigns on Google Ads.
c. Improvise ad copies, landing pages snippets and descriptions etc.
d. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
e. Plan and execute rapid A/B experiments across ad creative, ad copy and LP Perform extensive A/B testing of Ads across campaigns/ad groups to improve Quality Score and performance.
f. Implement ongoing A/B and user experience testing for ads, placements, dynamic landing pages and measure their effectiveness.
g. Collaborate and create conversion optimized landing pages
Audience profiling – Hands on experience in targeting, ad serving, tagging & post campaign ing across Google Search, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram & OTT’s
Delivering Qualified traffic – A proven track-record of delivering qualified traffic to owned and earned channels/ improving quality of engagement in social media
Optimizing ROI – Driving ROAS based regularly to meet acquisition and budget goals for CAC
Affiliate Marketing: Own the affiliate channel sales target, KPI, and ROI. Affiliate recruitment. Contact new affiliates and approve or decline affiliate applications on a recurring basis.
Measurement & ing: Monitor campaign performance & budget pacing on a day-to-day basis. a. Track and marketing campaigns as against the plan, weekly spot tracking & recommending course correction,100% campaign rollout is hygiene assessed against KPI/ ROI b. Define measures (e.g. Online Traffic Targets), tracking methodologies, MIS & ing standards to understand efficiency / effectiveness
What are we looking for?
5-7 years of pure PPC experience, preferably with a reputed Digital agency.
Highly comfortable with Google Ads Editor, Facebook Business Manager & such.
Strong working knowledge of PPC Automations/Rules/Scripts and best practices with the ability to analyse Campaign metrics on Excel/Data Studio and optimize campaigns with insights.
Experience working with Ad channel APIs and other data APIs to deep-dive into metrics & make data-informed optimisations.
In-depth experience with GA4. Clear understanding of Web Analytics.
Comfortable writing and editing content for ad copies, landing page snippets, descriptions, etc. Must Have’s:
