We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Campaign Executor to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various digital marketing platforms, with a particular emphasis on Clevertap, and be able to create, manage, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels including Adobe, Netcore, WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, and various social media platforms. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency and creative thinking to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning and Execution:

• Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns using platforms such as Clevertap, Adobe, Netcore, WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, and various social channels.
• Develop strategies for targeting specific audience segments and demographics.

Clevertap Expertise: (App engagement)

• Possess in-depth knowledge and proficiency in using Clevertap to design and execute campaigns.
• Leverage Clevertap to personalize user experiences, send push notifications, and optimize campaigns based on user behaviour.
• Understanding of events and user properties in Clevertap for setting campaigns

Multichannel Campaign Management:

• Coordinate campaigns across different channels, ensuring a consistent and effective message is delivered.
• Manage the distribution of content through various channels, including email, SMS, social media, and messaging apps.

Data Analysis and Optimization:

• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to improve results.
• Use data-driven insights to refine targeting, content, and delivery methods.

Content Development:

• Collaborate with the content/growth team to create compelling and engaging content for campaigns.
• Ensure that messaging aligns with the brand’s voice and goals.

Compliance and Regulations:

• Stay up to date with data protection and marketing/compliance regulations to ensure campaign compliance.

ing and Documentation:

• Generate regular s on campaign performance and share insights with the respective marketing/growth team.
• Maintain detailed documentation of campaign strategies, configurations, and outcomes.
• Manage billing process of the vendors as well.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing campaign execution, with a focus on Clevertap.
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools and platforms including Clevertap, Adobe, Netcore, and others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, App Notification, Browser Notification and social media marketing.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
• Creative thinking and ability to adapt to changing market trends.
