Job Description
1) New Relationship a) To bring in NTB MEs & manage existing portfolio MEs to increase wallet share b) Achieve channel objectives through team wrt targets on ARN, DBA, Integration, Activation, Volume, OBOS & Cross sell 2) Portfolio and Relationship Management a) Ensuring maximum share of volumes comes to the bank.
b) Focus is to increase portfolio volume & float from Merchants to gain bank share.
c) Retaining the merchants to avoid competition poaching banks merchants.
3) Business Compliance a) Managing risk & compliance team and adhering their compliances for ME requirement.
b) Training merchants staff i.

Government bodies / Educational institutes on digital initiates.
4) Channel Management a) Managing & engaging Channels mainly Branch banking b) Work on existing CA customers & offer them digital solutions to drive CASA float & volumes.
c) Introduction of products to branch staff by joining in branch huddles d) Manage customer escalations as per agreed Major actionable.
