Work in tandem with Government Salary SMs to understand & analyze the Government Department needs and design a customized solution with the help of product team to fulfill their requirements Assist Govt.
Salary Sales Manager to crack the account of senior management of the Government Department.
Take product help for customization of govt product to increase our wallet share in the government department Take assistance of seniors in Product or Branch Banking for cracking deals Provide internal targets to Salary SMs to acquire new accounts from the new/existing government departments Work in tandem with other product teams such as Payment Gateway; ENet; Merchant Establishment; BPRG; CMS etc to have a bundled offering for complete product proposition Strategize on ways to create a strong visibility of the bank in the Government Department premises Work jointly with Salary SMs & local E-Net team to promote E-Net facility for salary uploads amongst the government departments c) Competition and Market analysis Understand and evaluating the Market Size/Opportunity and Competition Business Strategies Review competition offering on a regular basis Update the channels on the overall market opportunity and competition offerings d) Recruitment of Salary SMs: Identification of right fit candidates for the role – external or internal Liaise with HR for completion of joining formalities Ensure proper on-boarding of the candidates – training and mentoring Provide clear direction to the candidates w.

Provide on the job product/process/business support to new recruits e) Budgeting and Cost Reduction Prepare yearly budgets and work with fincon on finalization Ensure reduction in costs with regular cost reduction initiatives Work on reduction of Cost to Income by taking appropriate cost reduction and income enhancement actions Also monitor Cost to Income at AH level to ensure resource wise profitability f) Team Management Guide, supervise and drive the team to achieve business objectives Ensure respective team members are trained on products/processes and have necessary relationship management skills Monitor performance of Salary SMs at periodic intervals and ensuring productivity of the team.
