Job Description
A) Promo Management 1) Ensure that the Promo requirements are reviewed and allocated optimally to members of the team.
2) Pitch in / provide support in closing vintage campaign projects or projects having roadblocks.
3) Ensure stakeholders are updated on the status promos handled and feasibility is confirmed without any undue delay.
4) Review the promos raised for approvals and ensure all checks and controls are established before approvals.
B) Effectively lead and manage a highly skilled/specialized knowledge team to handle important projects.
1) Closely monitor the allocated team performance thru project tracker and ensure progress and 100 % closure of processes within the agreed timelines.
2) Ensure that each member of the team are quickly brought up the learning curve to handle with equal efficiency.
3) Handling second level interactions and escalations to enable process closure.
4) Ensure smooth functioning of already live promos and handle exceptions raised.
C) Health Check 1) To run Health Checks on promos made live basis their qualification frequency and ensure the hygiene of the promos / campaigns are maintained at all times.
2) Maintain tracker of the health checks performed and circulate the same to business teams at agreed frequency.
3) Take all old promos greater than 1 year to check appropriateness / applicability.
4) Ensure any impacts in promo is immediately arrested and correction is carried out without any delay.
D) Project Support 1) Guide the team to take up system enhancements / changes which will ease manual work of stakeholders and thereby lead to better efficiency.
2) To support IT with capacity planning for the incoming promos to handle the load.
3) Involve in system enhancement to understand the development alongwith IT team.
4) To discuss with users and identify area of process improvement and implement the same.
E) Suggestions/Feedback 1) Encourage feedback discussion with the team at regular intervals so that the team is aware of the positives and areas of improvements.
2) Immediate redressal of any grievance of the team so that there is no road block in business continuity.
3) Ensure review of the old process for any change requirement.
F) Compliance and Regulatory requirement Management 1) Ensure that there is no Compliance issue in any process handled.
2) Get involved in Compliance discussions with the business teams.
3) Handle Internal audit feedback and ensure no adverse comments.
4) Ensure all Regulatory projects are handled with utmost urgency and importance.
