Sales Support Associate (SSA) will provide backend sales support to our sales teams and also provide critical administrative direct customer support to our clients. The SSA should be adept at managing ongoing client requirements including setting up our products, fulfillment and resolving billing/invoice issues. This position would report into Sales Support Manager (Based in India).
Key Responsibilities:
Basic understanding of research techniques, information sources, and statistical analysis/analytic techniques relevant to different geographies and industries
Research In the area of HR, Organizational behavior, and Organizational culture – research on trends, issues, and concepts to efficiently respond to complex research questions by delivering synthesized, actionable facts and insights to our Sales Team.
Structuring research and presenting facts and insights as per our standard templates
Become proficient with Corporate Learning content management systems and technology platforms to manage and research content.
Ability to research on content (Articles, case studies, videos etc) in area of as HR, Organizational behavior, and Organizational culture to align content offerings to client needs.
Expert Power point capabilities to quickly design and format client proposals.
Ability to provide strategic support to our Higher education clients, on our various e-learning offerings (Simulation Multimedia cases etc)
Training client’s administrative resources on accessing content, registering faculty and usage reporting
Adept in managing Sales and Marketing related operations which include setting up simulations and other e-learning setups for our clients
Customize and run email campaigns through our marketing tool Engage to drive lead generation and visibility of our products and offerings
Occasionally help support Higher Education sales team in managing events such as case method teaching seminar etc.
