Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Trainer at Haldiram Foods International Ltd in Nagpur. As a Field Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training programs for our associates in the field. This includes delivering product knowledge training, demonstrating proper techniques, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs. You will also provide feedback and support to associates to ensure consistent quality and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Previous experience in training or teaching
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to travel to different locations for training purposes
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Special Requirements– The candidate must have an understanding of restaurant operations & should have a requisite knowledge of training
