Job description for accounts executive in GWT 1 Daily cash maintainance 2 Maintaining invoices of expenses, purchases in tally 3 Preparation of sales invoices after proper study of Memorandum of Understanding and Purchase order 4 Filling of documents 5 Client follow up for payments 6 Maintaining petty cash in TALLY and excel 7 Daily bank reconciliation 8 Keeping track of daily bills payable , preparing cheques for the same and making payments in time 9 Preparation of monthly budgets 10 GST working and preparation of monthly summary 11 Proper maintainance of travel allowance and maintaining them in tally along with cost allocations 12 Preparing delivery challans as per specifications and after co-ordination with CSR team 13 Online payment initiations of creditors and employees’ Salary and TA 14 Audit compliances and interaction with auditors 15 Finalisation of Balance sheets 16 Directors personal expenses accounting and banking and credit cards monetoring 17 Thorough Knowledge of TDS, PT,PF, ESIC 18 Interaction with Bankers. 19 Interaction with CS for Company ROC Compliance 20 Monthly Statutory payment M Bills Dierctors and Company, Interenet bills, Payments. 21 Vendors and Creditors Management. 22 Inter depratment cooerdination with HR, Business Development, CSR Team. 23 Sales Tax AssesmentSkills 1 Well versed with tally 9 ERP 2 MS Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint 3 Analytical skills 4 Good soft skills and communication -verbal and written 5 Interdepartment co-ordinationQualification B.Com / M.Com/ Articleship in CA office Experience 2 to 5 years Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per monthSchedule:Monday to FridayMorning shiftExperience:total work: 3 years (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91 9028257492
