What are you expected to do in this role?
We are looking for a customer engagement specialist and the purpose of the role is to liaison and bridging the gap between customer and our core team to comprehend and analyze customer requirements/ challenges and articulating aptly to delivery teams thereby, ensuring right solutioning to the customer.
What to expect from the role
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Go the extra mile to engage the customer
Expected Skill
Good communication and presentation skills

0-1yr experience in relevant stream
Any graduate(Preferably Computer Science / IT background)
Good Analytical skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office
Flexible to work in rotational shift(NO NIGHT SHIFTS)
