– Follow up with clients to build the pipeline.
– Should have deep understanding of social media marketing ecosystem and should be able to use sales skills to tap the market.
– Build lasting relationship with our clients by demonstrating excellent communication skills, customer empathy and win-win approach towards designing sales solutions.
– Good team player who can work well both with the Ladecoller team as well as the customer’s company.
– Willingness to work with the time zone of US/Canada (Onshore – Offshore Model) and at the same time communicates the required details to the internal team in India.
In B2B sales, you’ll need to :
– Build good working relationships
– Understand the needs of your business customers
– Research the market and related products
– Present the product or service favorably and in a structured professional to the potential clients.
Skills, you’ll need to have :
– The ability and desire to sell, be target oriented – understand the importance of targets set by the company and then work effectively to achieve the same.

– The capability to flourish in a competitive environment
– A good level of numeracy
Experience Criteria : 5-10 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing /Social Media Industry.
Salary : Salary will be based on combination of Base salary and Commission.
