This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following.
Coach and develop line managers around HR policies, processes and ways of working.
Manage the employee lifecycle processes: Integration, Performance Management, Rewards etc.
Respond to queries around HR policies, processes and ways of working.
Successfully manage progress and track key HR Operations department milestones, deliverable and metrics.
Diagnose and/or deliver change projects in line with the HR and business agenda.
Support key annual HR Agendas i.e P&R Process.
Drive initiatives to support GSK’s framework on Modern Employer.
Along with Line manager, build a work environment around GSK values and support employee engagement initiatives.
Along with Line manager Lead functional talent management /succession plan agenda for the function.
We would like to speak to you, if you have these experience and skills.
Partner with capability Lead and functional managers to support capability building for the function.
Partner with TA team to initiate entry level recruitment plan for engineering graduates.
During the setup phase specially, support line managers in the function with team building activities.
MBA from premium institute.
Minimum 10 Years of experience post MBA
Should have worked in different functions, across Various MNC’s (Can be from Manufacturing, FMCG, Sales, Retail industry).
