Skills Required:
- Must have minimum 1 year of experience in core recruitment (either IT / non IT ). Candidates with experience in consultancy recruitment is preferable.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Must have an attitude and practice of aggressive hiring
- Must be a smart worker , dynamic and have an attitude to deal with extreme work pressure.
- Must be open to various work challenges
- Must be very extrovert and expert in people dealing
Key job responsibilities:
- Screening , shortlisting and scheduling candidates from various job portals and sources
- Following up the candidates and conducting initial round of interviews
- Paper and scores checking of the candidates and arranging final managerial rounds
- Sending offer letters , documentation and conducting joining formalities.
- Coordinating with various man power consultancies as per company’s open positions
- Closing and working on open positions of the company
