ROLE OVERVIEW:
Export-Import, Logistics & Customer Services Lead manages, handles, and provides all Exim, logistics, Finance, and administrative support for all sales-related (domestic + International) requirements of his/her assigned division for both domestic as well as international. This position reports to the Country Manager and dotted lines to HO. Focused and an eye for minute details are the key to success factors for this position. We are just building the Indian organisation, so, he/she should be willing to engage in the jobs which may not be listed here and be a part of the growth story.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the day-to-day inquiries from the Sales team and end customers.
Prepare and generate Pro Forma Invoice, Order Confirmation, invoices, service bills and other relevant delivery documents etc with a clear understanding of tax and compliance implications.
Prepare and collate necessary Tender/ Bidding documents and submit them to the responsible Salesperson or directly to government institutions for the effective bidding of GP products.
Monitor and track shipment status, coordinate and update the same to the concerned Sales and/or end customers.
Coordinate customers’ feedbacks and complaints, and communicate resolution done.
Handle inquiries received from the website and forwarded by MarCom from Social Media. Ensure they are forwarded to the respective Sales and will be addressed.

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled Admin/Finance related Reports with help of Finance team and Country Manager
Providing administrative support to the team includes the discharge of clerical duties, maintenance of files and records.
Ensure that work performed conforms to the quality standard set by GrainPro Inc. and is aware of the implication of non-conformances.
QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS:
Commerce /Accounting Graduate with 5+ years of experience in a similar job profile.
Expertise in Export-Import documentations and Logistics is a MUST.
Proficient in MS Office applications and working experience on SAP/Netsuite/Salesforce or similar environment.
Proficient in English & Hindi (verbal and written communication). Working knowledge of one of the south Indian languages will be a definite advantage.
Good coordination, planning and organizing skills.
