Roles and Responsibilities:
The Sales Officer will play the role of guiding and mentoring the Sales Executives to ensure that their growth charts are achieved and are aligned with organizational policies and objectives:
· To ensure distribution objectives for specific Sales Representative are achieved as per sales plan. Focusing on training the next line to drive sales in the assigned geographical area.
· Act as a role model down the line on how to develop and maintain amiable win – win relationship with key distributors; a role model in solving escalated customer complaints of sales and service.
· Coordinate with the Marketing Coordinators-@HQ to monitor on lead hit ratio and devise its action plan for the sales force.
· Evaluate periodically the Sales Fundamentals and trade information on regular basis to drive improvement of sales executives.
· Meet with executives’ one-one-one to review performance, progress and targets and devise action plan to train them further.
· Mentor one-on-one through phone work and prospecting help sessions, participating in spontaneous sales call rides and planned field days. (Fortnightly or Monthly)
· Ensure that religiously sales process is adhered by the down line. Track sales metrics and share them with leadership team (Monthly)
· Plan and implement training programs. Hold regular skill training sessions (Monthly)
· Ensure that sales force use relevant sales technology such as CRM, MIS reports etc correctly.
· Unit the team of sales force with intent to work as a positive unit and share their best practices.
· Be a role model for the team w.r.t. t adhering company culture and values, prioritize ruthlessly, exhibit good communication and delivering results effectively.
· Counsel, support, discipline under performing sales representatives
· Advance one’s own professional and technical knowledge by attending sales workshop and other educational training and through relevant industry publications.

Salary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹350,000.00 per year
