Minimum qualifications:
5 years of experience planning and executing student inclusion/community management programs.
Event planning and management experience.
Experience tracking and reporting on goals/key performance indicators (KPI).
Preferred qualifications:
Experience leading diversity and inclusion programs.
Background operating in a fast-paced work environment and demonstrating agility during changes in priorities.

As a Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving forward the steady expansion of the various initiatives in the student inclusion programs. Your work will help document and promote these programs to your colleagues and Google leadership. You’ll prepare presentations to inform leadership on opportunities and priorities for investment in tools, operations, and improved resources geared toward overall program success.

Responsibilities
Manage priorities and defining the scope of programs; create annual and quarterly goals.
Create, maintain and Improve internal sites, and track relevant data.
Draft communications and report, inform leadership and colleagues about program milestones.
Manage and track an annual programs budgets.
