Full Job DescriptionMinimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in Technical Product Management.
Experience creating strategic product roadmaps, building/shipping technical products, and working with cross-functional teams.
Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience developing technical roadmaps and plans to implement solutions, and effective communication of the roadmap to cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience in defining and developing products to meet business requirements from inception to launch.
Ability to be analytical and have a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to communicate well to different audiences, from technical to executive.
Ability to have thought leadership and build strong and productive relationships.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, analytical, influencing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
Take ownership and direction of the Migration and Transfer area.
Own the management of a number of different products and services.
Own the entire Migration and Transfer organization covering 5 product categories.
Lead cross-functionally and influence stakeholders, (e.g. Software Engineers and Extended Workforce).
