Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, including experience in consultative sales
- Experience in media account management and/or the advertising industry
- Ability to speak and write in English and Hindi fluently
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- 2 years of experience in the TV or media industry
- Experience working in a digital agency, with a deep focus on Google products
- Experience working with Google’s advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Shopping, Analytics)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

As a Customer Onboarding Strategist, you will work with our customers as they go through a sustainable onboarding period. You will set the goals and strategy for how their products and services reach users. You’ll manage customers to make them successful long-term, and grow the next generation of potential customers for Google. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with our Acquisitions, Product, Program, and same-store teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage a new customer portfolio to set them up for long-term success with their digital advertising journey.
- Deliver against customer goals while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding onboarding experience.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Program teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Apply creative ways to improve our customer relationships, and communicate proactively with customers.
- Provide strategic advice to help our advertisers get the best return on their investment, by working with them in a consultative role.
