About the role
The incumbent shall be responsible for GST Management, Income Tax & TDS Management at GIL-Chemicals.
Key Responsibilities
GST Management for GIL (All India Level)
Filing of Monthly Returns & Making Payments
Control over Input Tax Credit
Implement New Changes in GST Act
Guidance and Resolution of query from operating team
Annual Return and GST Audit
Co-ordinating with GST Authorities and consultants for Audit, Assessments & Appeals
TDS Reconciliation and payment on Monthly Basis and filing returns
Implementing Changes in TDS / TCS rules
Income Tax compliances: finalizing Income tax returns, handling tax audit preparing 3CD annexures, preparing computation of advance tax, preparation of computation of Income and filing of online returns and complying with the due dates for GIL and promoter related entities
Preparation and filing of Transfer pricing return
Co-ordinating for filing of Country-by-Country ing for GIL
Assisting the consultant in representation before Income tax authorities for scrutiny assessment, rectification application, order giving effects, obtaining refunds, other follow-up and providing data in formats required for GIL and promoter related entities.
Provide support to all stakeholders in tax matters.
Maintaining track of notices and orders received from IT department.
Resolving items in reconciliation and posting tax related entries in ERP
Finance Team activities (Annual , AGM support, Finance Projects, etc).
Who are we looking for?
Education:
Chartered Accountant
Experience:
3-5 years
Experience in GST, Direct Tax & TDS, SAP FICO, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Skills:
Strategic agility; understanding market logistics trends
Product knowledge
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence without authority
Data documentation and interpretation
