We are looking for a Recruiter (Candidate must have knowledge of at least one southern language (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu) to understand and match the needs of our clients and candidates to provide quality recruitment services while continuously meeting the business targetsRecruiter responsibilities include searching social networks and portfolio sites to identify potential candidates, sending recruiting emails and organizing an effective employee referral system. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for our clients and future staffing needs.· Call to HR Today at +91 9325142664Roles and Responsibilities1. Implementing the sourcing strategy and sourcing qualified candidates for open positions in a designated functional area of the client’s organization.2. Utilizing a variety of sources in line with the client’s branding and social media policies with a focus on direct sourced (passive) candidates.3. Responsibility for being the first point of contact for candidates, delivering exceptional candidate care and ensuring that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process.4. Qualifying candidates for skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based approach and screening criteria defined by the client.5. Coordinating with the project lead to share the candidate line-up with the clients for interview6. Submission of daily/weekly and monthly reports to reporting manager.7. Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the database.8. Proactively pipelining talent and creating pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the client’s workforce plans.9. Maintaining contact with existing talent pool candidates to obtain and capture up to date market intelligence and briefing them on potential current and future opportunities.10.
