Responsibilities and Duties: -1.Handle the recruitment and selection process2.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues3.Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization4.Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance5.Compensation benefits design & administration6.Handling other HR-related tasks and activitiesRequired Experience and Qualifications: -1.Degree/Diploma in human resource management, business administration.2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3.Should have strong leadership quality.4.Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic and challenging environment.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthExperience:HR: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19
