Profile: Team Leader – Front End/App

Job Description

We are looking for Team Leaders who can handle a team of 3 to 5 members and provide them with technical guidance and project leadership. Team Leaders are responsible for ensuring the timely execution of their team’s development Sprints. Team Leaders also take responsibility for following development best practices, following product standards and inducting technology best practices.

Required Skill Set:

For this role, we are looking for people with experience in working with Java backend environments preferably both Core Java and Spring Boot + Hibernate

Candidate should have a sound understanding of React Native, Angular.js, (Angular 2 as well as 4/5/6) Node.js, and Bootstrap. We would prefer candidates who have worked with TypeScript, ES 6, and Ionic. Candidate should be able to write well designed, testable, efficient code by using the best software development practices and preferably also have hands-on experience in testing tools like Jasmine / Karma & Unit Testing.

Course Specialization: B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA

Academic Eligibility Criteria:

• 10th : Minimum 85% or 8.5 and higher (CBSE) (Lower for State Boards that have lower average scores)
• 12th : Minimum 80% and higher (CBSE) (Lower for State Boards that have lower average scores)
• Graduation (B. Tech/BE/MCA): 75% or higher

Desired Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Probation/Training Period: 6 Months

Target Batch Pass Outs: 2014-2016

Compensation: INR 6 to 9 LPA (In addition, company provides free medical and accident cover to all its employees that also cover their spouse and children)
