Full Job Description We’re seeking a trustworthy and reliable professional to join our team as a Senior Coordinator/ Vice Principal. You should contribute meaningfully to the improvement of the school and serve as a leading beacon for both faculty and students. The candidate must have a proven track record of success to drive curriculum development, innovative pedagogical practices, holistic education, staff enrichment, team building and leadership qualities with proficiency in computers, effective communication skills and knowledge of NEP. MAIN JOB PURPOSE To provide strategic leadership and direction to the curriculum, quality and student support service functions within the school to enable and to facilitate the delivery of high quality education and training. To manage the curriculum areas of the school effectively to achieve high student outcomes and progression. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work effectively with the Principal and the Senior Management Team to ensure the strategic aims and objectives of the school are achieved. Take responsibility for ensuring that teaching, learning and assessment is consistently of high quality across the school; Provide strategic and operational leadership to the curriculum review process and annual planning cycle to ensure the school curriculum is responding to student needs and evolves in line with national policy and school policy; Develop plans and strategies to ensure the school curriculum is continually reviewed and developed to ensure it uses most modern tools and practices; Implement regular performance monitoring and accountability processes that ensure continuous improvement in student progress and outcomes; Develop teaching and learning improvement strategies to ensure the delivery of outstanding teaching, learning and assessment. Develop effective services in the areas of student support; Lead, and be responsible for the performance management of, direct s in order to achieve high outcomes. Qualifications and Skills Educational qualifications: Masters Degree or equivalent, in academic field Minimum five years of teaching experience, preferably at various levels in various subjects Experience in other aspects of education, such as counseling, business, finance, curriculum planning, public relations, guidance counseling or learning Skills/abilities: Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills Capable of supporting the goals and mission of Saraf EduBeacon’s Global Discovery School through his/her personal philosophy Active team player and able to delegate and coordinate work Ability to anticipate school needs and develop both short-term and long-term academic goals.
